Cerca Trova Restaurant Concepts announced the appointment of Richard Del Valle as Chief Business Officer. Del Valle brings over 30 years of experience with in Operations, Operations Services, Purchasing and Distribution, and Information Technology. Del Valle will lead the global strategy for Cerca Trova to operate and support both the core Outback Steakhouse franchised restaurants and future growth opportunities for the team as they work to maintain Cerca Trova’s position as an innovative restaurant operations and concept company.
Most recently, Del Valle completed a 26-year tenure at Friendly’s Ice Cream as Vice President of Operations Excellence. Del Valle is experienced in aligning and driving an entire organization against common objectives and delivering clear messaging to all stakeholders.
