In partnership with Hojeij Branded Foods, renowned celebrity chef Cat Cora opened her newest concept, Cat Cora’s Taproom, in Detroit Metropolitan Airport’s (DTW) McNamara Terminal on February 16.
“The whole HBF team is thrilled to bring fresh and unique dining options to DTW,” says HBF CEO Regynald Washington. “There’s no reason guests shouldn’t be able to enjoy a gourmet meal between flights.”
Cat Cora’s Taproom is a sophisticated culinary experience that uses fresh and organic ingredients to create its unique and delectable dishes. The menu features mouthwatering starters like the Ploughman Platter of aged meats, cheeses, house-made pickles and ciabatta. The entrées are equally impressive, including Port Marinated Lamb Shank and “Bangers and Mash” with Cat’s Hot-Sweet Mustard. Cat Cora’s Taproom features local craft beers and spirits from the Michigan area, as well as innovative specialty cocktails.
