Highlighting locally inspired cuisine, the toes-in-the-sand dinner includes Florida Warm Water Lobster Bisque with Sherry Herb Oil & Horseradish Foam; Plantain Crusted Snowy Florida Grouper served alongside a Key West Pink Shrimp Yucca Risotto topped with Mango Habanero Emulsion, Grilled Key Lime, and Blistered Tomato; and Coconut Pie and Mango Tart Tatin Duo with Vanilla Creme Anglaise and Spiced Rum Glaze. A bottle of Veuve Clicquot Champagne is also included.
Under the helm of Casa Marina's Executive Chef Alex Beaumont, the new culinary experience joins the array of fine-dining options already available at the resort, which allow guests to explore the fresh local seafood and locally grown produce.
