Canyon Ranch opened Truth & Tonic, a new dining concept at Canyon Ranch Spa + Fitness in The Venetian Resort Las Vegas. Located on the fourth floor of the hotel, Truth & Tonic takes its cues from the apothecaries of yore, with a food and drink menu that emphasizes the healing benefits of dish ingredients.
“Our food philosophy at Truth & Tonic, and Canyon Ranch as a whole, is to serve conscious, clean, plant-forward, simple cuisine that is designed to improve one’s life through optimized nutrition,” says Truth & Tonic Executive Chef Pete Ghione. “We worked closely with our trusted nutritional teams to develop a menu packed with nutrient-dense superfoods hand-crafted into dishes that not only taste good, but make you feel good too.”
Truth & Tonic offers an all-day men. Breakfast includes Baked Organic Whole Egg Frittata with caramelized curry, toasted pine nuts, and feta, and Whole Grain Banana & Avocado Pancakes with candied pecans, dark chocolate chips, and Vermont maple syrup. Lunch dishes offer options like the Roasted Cauliflower Caesar with gem lettuce, golden cauliflower, ciabatta chips, roasted tomato and parmesan, Chimichurri Shrimp Kabobs with choice of salad, and a Maine Lobster Club on grilled ciabatta with slices of tomato and bacon.
The cocktail menu includes a mix of mimosas and mojitos, such as the Herbal Hibiscus Cranberry with La Marca prosecco, J’ENWEY hibiscus tea, and cranberry nectar. Additionally, the menu features small-batch purveyors such as Caffe Umbria for the coffee program, Wild Tonic kombuchas, and J’ENWEY Sparkling Tea Tonics.
Truth & Tonic is located on the fourth floor of The Venetian Resort, inside Canyon Ranch Spa + Fitness. Opening hours are 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., seven days a week. Truth & Tonic also has a to-go counter that serves both the soon-to-be unveiled pool at The Venetian Resort and the guest looking for a more express experience.
