Buffalo Wild Wings announced November 15 that industry veteran Andy Dismore has joined its team as vice president, food and beverage experience. Dismore’s addition is part of the company’s aggressive effort to continue enhancing the game day experience for its guests.

“We are thrilled to have Andy on board our Guest Experience team,” says Lee Patterson, senior vice president of guest experience and innovation, Buffalo Wild Wings. “Our focus is on the core elements that have made Buffalo Wild Wings so successful – wings, beer and sports – and Andy’s hire is an important investment in those cornerstones of our business.”

In his new role at Buffalo Wild Wings, Dismore will lead the Guest Experience team in the areas of culinary innovation and new product and menu strategies with a focus on creating ownable, craveable menu items that will make the game day experience better than ever. He also will be responsible for furthering Buffalo Wild Wing’s award-winning beer and beverage programs.

Dismore previously worked at The Schwan Food Company, where he led product development and innovation in the food service division. He was responsible for the strategic direction and tactical implementation of product design within multiple channels.

Prior to his role at The Schwan Food Company, Dismore was the senior director of product innovation at Denny’s Corporation, and the corporate executive chef at NOBLE where he co-founded the NOBLE Restaurant Group.
