For years, North Carolina fans of Brixx Wood Fired Pizza have headed to Brier Creek, Cary or Chapel Hill to get their fix of gourmet wood fired pizzas, fresh salads, pastas, sandwiches and wings—not to mention local craft beers on tap.

Now those popular spots in the Triangle will be joined by a Brixx in the heart of North Raleigh. On Wednesday, December 16 at 11am, Brixx Wood Fired Pizza will open its doors in Bedford Village at 1540 Dunn Rd., Suite 100.

“We want to create a welcoming atmosphere where guests can enjoy lunch or dinner whether they dine on their own or with their favorite people,” says franchise owner/operator Vladimir Stepanian. “North Raleigh is a wonderful location and we’re excited to be part of the Bedford Village community.” Stepanian, a Raleigh-area resident, also owns the Brixx Wood Fired Pizza location in Myrtle Beach, SC.

Brixx Wood Fired Pizza specializes in crafted pizzas built on scratch made dough, topped with a variety of fresh ingredients. The menu also features salads, pastas, wood fired wings, sandwiches and desserts complemented by 24 craft beers on tap, 14 curated wines available by the glass or bottle and a full bar.

Brixx appeals to an array of palates and dietary needs, offering vegetarian and vegan options. The traditional dough is 100% vegan. Daiya vegan cheese is available at no extra cost. The restaurant also carries gluten-free crust and gluten-light bottled beer.

Brixx Bedford Village will be open 11am to 10pm daily.

Brixx Wood Fired Pizza is owned by New South Pizza, Inc. and Brixx Franchise Systems. Founded in Charlotte, NC, Brixx is located in North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee, Virginia and Ohio
