Boston’s Pizza Restaurant & Sports Bar, the casual dining concept that combines both a family-friendly restaurant and sports bar under one roof, is ending the 2017 year with impressive growth. The Dallas-based concept signed a total of 33 franchise agreements this past year, which will more than double the brand’s national presence.

The brand’s most recent franchise agreements include locations in the Great Lakes area, Boston, Massachusetts and Pocatello, Idaho, all of which are projected to open in 2018. Boston’s also opened a much-anticipated location in West Fargo, North Dakota, in August of this year. Among other notable franchise agreements includes a 15-unit development in the brand’s home market of Dallas. The 15 locations, spread throughout the Dallas and Fort Worth areas, are projected to open by 2023 or sooner.

“Boston’s wants to be the place you choose to experience gourmet, scratch-made food while immersed in a total sports environment with family and friends,” says Eric Taylor, President of Boston’s. “Our growth numbers validate this idea and truly reflect what our customers are looking for – a fun and entertaining environment where you can experience a quality meal upon every visit. As we continue meeting this demand nationwide, we are seeking qualified franchisees to join our growing Boston’s family.”

Other notable achievements this past year include a brand refresh, which more closely aligns the company to its Canadian counterpart, Boston Pizza.

Boston’s Restaurant & Sports Bar’s U.S. operations are based in Dallas, and currently has 25 locations operating in 16 states. The company’s sister brand, Boston Pizza, has over 400 locations throughout Canada and is the No. 1 casual dining brand in the country.
