Sticking to its unwavering commitment to offer nothing but fresh, quality food, Boston’s Pizza Restaurant & Sports Bar announced the launch of its new spring menu. Starting February 19 through May 20, guests can enjoy a variety of lighter fares at Boston’s locations nationwide including Grilled Romaine Salad, Roasted Pepper Pizza and Stuffed Chicken.

Just in time for spring, the self-proclaimed “America’s Sports Restaurant,” will debut its flavorful additions and will continue to offer its guests a contemporary, sit-down dining atmosphere with a separate sports bar, allowing for family and friend gatherings of all sizes. The new dishes debuting today include the following:

  • Grilled Romaine Salad—Half a head of grilled romaine topped with red onion, diced tomato, feta cheese, Kalamata olives and balsamic glaze.
  • Roasted Pepper Pizza—Homemade thin crust dough brushed with olive oil and topped with spinach, roasted red peppers, banana peppers, mozzarella, basil and crushed red pepper.
  • Stuffed Chicken—A 6oz. chicken breast stuffed with peppadew peppers, sun-dried tomato, spinach, and manchego cheese served with Florentine rice and broccoli.

“While we tend to offer more comfort-style food with a focus on our core product, gourmet pizza, we’re always looking for ways to stay relevant with consumer trends and marrying that with our classic offering,” says Katie Borger, Senior Director of Marketing for Boston’s. “This campaign encompasses a really fun, energetic time of year including March Madness, so we wanted to introduce lighter fare with a focus on sports, hence the ‘spring training trio.’

In addition to its new menu items, Boston’s is looking to solidify its spot as guest’s first choice for all March Madness viewings with its special promotion, Pint & A Pizza. Running March 13 – April 2, the promotion is valid Monday—Fridays during March Madness games and will include one domestic pint plus one three-topping individual pizza for under $10. During the campaign, Boston’s will also feature Miller Lite and its own Game Shape Margarita. Sticking with the lighter ‘theme,’ the Game Shape Margarita is a skinny-version of Boston’s popular cocktail and is made with Casamigos Blanco tequila, Cointreau, and light premium margarita mix (no sugar).
