With the launch of its new lineup of rib sauces, Dallas-based Boston’s Restaurant & Sports Bar (Boston’s) is encouraging consumers to roll up their sleeves and celebrate with family and friends.

From August 29 through November 6, guests can leave the bib at home and enjoy the porky-pleasure at Boston’s locations across the country. The casual dining brand, which combines a family-friendly restaurant and separate sports bar under one roof, is offering consumers another quality menu option that promotes gathering over delicious food and Boston’s ribs are sure to be the main “slab” of the show.

“Finding the time to relax and connect with family and friends isn’t always easy, and we’re here to make sure that our guests choose Boston’s to enjoy fall sports while enjoying our All-American ribs. We have a lot of priorities, but we always keep our focus one thing — making sure our guests feel satisfied and taken care of,” says Brad Bevill, vice president of Marketing at Boston’s Restaurant & Sports Bar. “By adding fun and unique items such as our made in-house rib sauces to our already diverse menu at Boston’s, we are looking to make sure everyone knows ‘we’ve gotcha covered.’”

The brand is eager to show guests that getting messy while you eat can be fun. The slabs of tender, All-American pork ribs are cooked-to-order and smothered in a choice of four new sauces. Sauce options include:

  • Traditional—Sweet, molasses-based sauce with a smoky flavor.
  • Fiery Apple Sauce—Sweet with a touch of heat. Featuring Angry Orchard Hard Cider.
  • Octoberfest Sauce—Subtle, smoky mustard flavor to pair with the malty, hoppy taste of Samuel Adams Octoberfest seasonal beer.
  • Boston Lager Sauce—Samuel Adams Boston Lager mixed with a subtle bite of black pepper.

In addition to Boston’s ribs slathered in made in-house sauces, the brand will be featuring five rib-pairing drinks listed at $1 off original prices. These drinks include: Angry Orchard Hard Cider, Samuel Adams Octoberfest, Samuel Adams Boston Lager, Not Your Average Mimosa, and Not Your Average Mary.

Boston’s commitment to its ribs and the emphasis on rolling up your sleeves is enhanced by the free offering of a Rib Bib (while supplies last) with the purchase of a Rib entrée. The Rib Bibs are pre-stained with a rib sauce pattern to ensure you “don’t look like a dork when eating your pork.”

Boston’s Restaurant & Sports Bar’s U.S. operations are based in Dallas. The brand currently has 29 locations operating in 22 states. The company’s sister brand, Boston Pizza, which is celebrating more than 50 years of service, has more than 390 locations throughout Canada and is considered the No. 1 casual dining brand in the country.
