Bonefish Grill is serving up romantic meal options that will really wow the loved ones and please the senses this Valentine’s Day.
Available February 6–16, guests’ taste buds will adore the Filet & Lobster Thermidor – featuring wood-fired filet mignon topped with sweet lobster chunks and lump crab in a creamy thermidor sauce.
The dish pairs perfectly with the new La Fleur cocktail (recipe shared below), a floral twist on a classic French 75 – Reyka vodka, St. Germain Elderflower liqueur, freshly squeezed lemon and house-infused lavender simple syrup topped with bubbly and garnished with a sprig of real French lavender.
Other seasonal specialty dishes include Cioppino – a zesty broth with jumbo shrimp, mussels, bay sea scallops, calamari, and a Spiny Lobster tail, and Salmon Caprese – wood-grilled Salmon with golden gnocchi, blistered tomatoes, mozzarella fondue and finished with fresh basil and chimichurri.
End the meal with the lovely aroma of hot chocolate flowing from the delectable Chocolate Lava Cake – rich chocolate cake with molten center, served warm, topped with fresh berries and house-made whipped cream. All seasonal specials will be available through mid-April.
