Bonefish Grill Introduces 'The Sharktini' for Shark Week

Bonefish Grill is diving into the week-long shark coverage with a killer cocktail that will make “Jaws” drop. Starting Sunday, August 9 through Sunday, August 16, guests can enjoy The Sharktini, which features Absolut Citron vodka and St. Germain Elderflower liqueur shaken with a refreshing combination of white cranberry juice, fresh lime and simple syrup, and garnished with frozen cranberries and fresh mint, served in a martini glass.

This mid-summer treat is only available in-restaurant for one week only.

The Sharktini Recipe by Bonefish Grill

Ingredients:                                                                       Volume:

Your Favorite Vodka                                                            2 oz

Orange Liquor                                                                    .25 oz

Fresh Lime Juice/Simple Syrup Mixture                            .50 oz

White Cranberry Juice                                                       1.5 oz

Cranberries (floating as garnish)                                       3 to 4 cranberries

Instructions:

Combine ingredients over ice in shaker tin. Shake and strain into chilled martini glass. For a festive touch, garnish with 3-4 floating cranberries. For a fun twist and a little bit sweeter flavor, you can use St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur in place of the Orange Liquor.
