Celebrating the creativity and adventure of wine and music, Bonefish Grill is announcing "Taste the Notes" Thursdays, pairing half glasses of wine that match guests' palettes with their musical tastes. Every Thursday, from now until July 12, guests are invited to try any of 20 adventurous wines by the half-glass for $2, $3, or $4.

Instead of using traditional, technical wine descriptions, the "Taste the Notes" menu spotlights each wine with a comparison to a musical genre, from folksy, floral Masi Masianco Pinot Grigrio to the bold, big-band, nine-grape ensemble in Sokol Blosser "Evolution" White Blend.

The list includes wines from all over the world including (Penfolds) RED Koonunga Hill Shiraz, which donates a portion of their proceeds to (RED) charity programs; William Hill Chardonnay, benefiting VH1's Save the Music program; and The Dreaming Tree Cabernet Sauvignon from the Dave Matthews Band and Simi Winemakers.

"At the heart of Bonefish Grill is a long-standing passion for music," says Leigh Merritt, director of bar innovation for Bonefish Grill. "Just as musical tastes evolve through new experiences, we're excited to provide guests the opportunity to experiment and share new wines at an unbeatable value and have fun comparing them to the music they love."
