Bokamper’s Introduces Summer Menu

It’s fresh, new menu items for the summer at Bokamper’s Sports Bar & Grill locations. The new menus will launch at Bokamper’s Fort Lauderdale location on Tuesday, June 25; the Plantation and Miramar locations on Wednesday, June 26; and the Naples and Estero locations on Thursday, June 27. Founded in 2008 by former Miami Dolphins player Kim Bokamper, the restaurant is owned and operated by PDKN Restaurant Group, of which Bokamper is a co-founder.

Delicious new appetizers include Mac & Cheese Balls with pomarosa sauce and shaved aged parmesan; Southwest Chicken Eggrolls with ranch; Warm Bavarian Pretzel Bites with beer mustard sauce; Cheese Flatbread with marinara sauce, mozzarella and Romano cheese; Pepperoni Flatbread with pepperoni, marinara sauce, mozzarella and Romano cheese; and Bo’s Signature Flatbread with grilled chicken, pineapple, jalapeños, red onion, BBQ sauce, cheddar jack cheese.

The perfect accompaniment to the Killer B wings is Bo’s Signature Sauce take-home bottles (16 oz.). The hand-crafted burger selection now includes the Vegan Beyond Burger with avocado, lettuce, tomato and onion. New hand-crafted burger toppings include crispy onion, and bacon. As for ribs, Bokamper’s now offers 1.5-pound ribs, and family-style 4-pound ribs. A new Signature Salad is Bo's House with bacon, mixed cheese, cucumber, tomato, onion and house-baked croutons.

New additions to the All Star Entrées are Tacos (Crispy Fish, Crispy Shrimp, Blackened Chicken) with mango salsa, shredded cabbage and remoulade sauce served with black beans and rice; Petite Angus Sirloin with mashed potatoes and chef’s vegetable (Fort Lauderdale, Plantation, Naples and Estero locations only); Grilled Angus Churrasco Steak with chimichurri sauce, black beans and rice (Miramar location only); and Home-Style Meat Loaf with mashed potatoes, gravy and chef’s vegetable (Naples & Estero locations only). Newly-added sides include Fries, side Bo’s House Salad, Mashed Potatoes, and Mac & Cheese.

The Sushi & Raw Bar (Fort Lauderdale location only) now offers Bo’s Roll, Sashimi Samplers, Cali Sushi Combo, J.B. Sushi Combo, Tuna Sushi Combo, and Salmon Sushi Combo.

“You Pick Two” lunch items now include the Egg Salad Sandwich with lettuce and tomato, Bo’s House Salad, and the Egg Salad add-option for salads.

A great option for lunch are the Lunch Favorites, including Crispy Fish Tacos with mango salsa, remoulade sauce and shredded cabbage served with black beans and rice; Cheese Flatbread with marinara, mozzarella and Romano cheese  (Fort Lauderdale, Miramar and Plantation locations only); Turkey Club Sandwich with bacon, avocado, lettuce, tomato & mayonnaise with fries; Turkey Burger with Swiss cheese, beer mustard sauce, sautéed onions, lettuce and tomato, served with fries; Homestyle Meatloaf with mashed potatoes, gravy and chef’s vegetable (Naples and Estero locations only); and the Bo’s House Salad side substitution option.

The best way to end a meal is with the new Warm Chocolate Chip Brownie Sundae dessert, topped with vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce, whipped cream and a maraschino cherry.

New late-night appetite pleasers are Mac & Cheese Balls, Southwest Chicken Eggrolls, Mozzarella Sticks, and Warm Bavarian Pretzel Bites.

The new Sunset Specials include 20 percent off All Star Entrées, 3–6 p.m., Monday–Friday (with purchase of a beverage, dine-in only).
