Bloomin' Brands, Inc. has announced that the company's 2013 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at 9 a.m. at the Renaissance Tampa International Plaza Hotel located at 4200 Jim Walter Boulevard, Tampa, Fla., 33607. The record date for the annual meeting is March 1, 2013 and only stockholders of record on the close of business on that date will be entitled to vote by proxy or in person at the annual meeting.
