From June 16 until August 17, Black Bear Diner is bringing summer to the table with its new berry LTOs, including its first ever alcoholic LTO.
- Summer Sangria: Featuring house made triple berry syrup paired with Pinot Noir, Sierra Mist, and fresh lemon and orange slices.
- Sweet cream pancakes with fresh strawberries and lemon cream: Two sweet cream pancakes topped with a house made lemon cheesecake sauce, fresh, sliced strawberries, powdered sugar and served with syrup.
- Fresh berry chicken salad: A scoop of Black Bear Diner’s berry chicken salad served over fresh cut salad mix with avocado, bacon, strawberries, blueberries, jack cheese and cucumber. Served with the guest’s choice of dressing.
- Blackberry burn BBQ pork ribs: Guest’s choice of baby back ribs, spare ribs, St. Louis ribs, or rib tips, topped with a smoky, sweet and spicy house made Blackberry Burn BBQ sauce, served with Cole slaw and French fries.
- Fresh strawberry lemon cream pie: Delicious lemon cream served in a graham cracker crust, topped with fresh, sliced strawberries and whipped cream.
- Triple berry citrus spritzer: House made triple berry syrup paired with Sierra Mist and fresh lemon and orange slices.
Additionally, Black Bear Diner is bringing back its fan-favorite fresh corn on the cob, paired with a new garlic Parmesan butter, available from June 16 until September 30.
