Black Bear Diner Brings Back 'Valen-Dine' Menu

Black Bear Diner has brought back its “Valen-Dine” menu in honor of the upcoming holiday.

From Friday February 11 until Monday February 14, Black Bear Diner is giving customers the opportunity to pick from three limited edition full-course meals, in addition to its regular menu:

  • Slow roasted prime rib served with au jus, horseradish cream sauce and a choice of potato.
  • Choice New York steak served with hollandaise, sautéed mushrooms, and a choice of potato.
  • Grilled salmon fillet topped with lemon butter cream sauce, served on a bed of red-skinned mashed potatoes.

All “Valen-Dine” dinners will be served with seasonal vegetables, a side of soup or salad, as well as a piece of delicious home-style cornbread. On the sweeter side, customers can enjoy Black Bear Diner’s limited edition Lemon Drop Cheesecake for only $6.99.
