Join Black Angus Steakhouse for a three-course wine pairing dinner with a complimentary welcome glass of Francis Coppola Diamond Collection Prosecco Rose. Guests will not want to miss this exclusive menu of chef-curated dishes, and wines that will leave their stomachs satisfied:
First Course
Shrimp Cocktail paired with Kendall Jackson Chardonnay
The tropical fruit and citrus notes of the wine plays well with the natural sweetness of the shrimp.
Second Course
Filet Mignon paired with Daou Cabernet
Black Angus Steakhouse’s most tender cut of beef along with the rich buttery flavors of bearnaise butter pairs well with the dark fruit and chocolate notes. The mild tannins help cut the richness of the bearnaise butter and help balancing the flavors of the steak and wine.
Third Course
Crème Brulee paired with Chateau Ste Michelle Riesling
The acidity of the wine cuts through the rich creaminess of the crème brulee and helps balance the sweetness of the dessert. The apple and peach notes of the wine enhances the vanilla from the crème brulee.
Guests should reserve their spots here. If guests are not able to make it in person, the wine experience is also available for take-out from October 18-24.
