The award-winning Big Time Restaurant Group has recently appointed Danielle Wineburg as Bar Manager of City Cellar and Barrio located in West Palm Beach.

Wineburg joins BTRG from Pieri Hospitality Group, and brings a wealth of food and beverage management experience from notable Conshohocken, Pennsylvania restaurants and bars.

She will be responsible for the overall management of the bar programs at City Cellar and Barrio, creating seasonal cocktail menus, training and overseeing bartending staff. 

Previously, Wineburg spent over eight years at her family’s hospitality business, Amedeo’s Catering in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania as head bartender, catering manager, and social media specialist. Prior to that, she worked at Hotel Fiesole in Skippack Village, Pennsylvania.

“City Cellar and our latest dining concept, Barrio, are premiere places to dine in West Palm Beach,” says General Manager Robert Morris. “In recent months, we’ve made a concentrated effort to add talented people like Danielle, who help elevate service standards, improve the ambiance of our dining rooms and main bar, and take our award-winning wine list to the next level.”

Wineburg received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Communications from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania in 2014-2018.

In her free time, the Boynton Beach resident enjoys traveling, spending time with her boyfriend, Tom, and their rabbit, Bean, and shaking up her signature hibiscus mezcal margarita.

City Cellar Wine Bar & Grill and Barrio are located in The Square at 700 S. Rosemary Ave., Second Floor, West Palm Beach.
