Big Table Restaurants owner Sean Yeremyan announced that Jeff Sime has joined the team as director of operations. In his new role, Sime will oversee the day-to-day operations at all Big Table Restaurants—HOBNOB Neighborhood Tavern (Brookhaven, Dunwoody, Atlantic Station, and Halcyon in Alpharetta), Cattle Shed Wine & Steak Bar in Alpharetta, 10th & Piedmont and Gilbert’s (aka G’s) in Midtown, and Big Table Events & Catering.

“Jeff comes to Big Table at the perfect time,” says Sean Yeremyan, owner of Big Table Restaurants. “His experience in strategic planning, enhancing the guest experience, and promoting team member engagement will be invaluable as we continue to grow our portfolio of restaurants.”

Before joining Big Table Restaurants, Sime was the vice president of operations for Legacy Ventures where he managed the company’s restaurant portfolio and supported regional managers to drive long-term value. The Florida State University grad also served as director of operations for Southern Proper Hospitality and director of operations at Stoney River Legendary Steaks. He began his restaurant career at Houston’s where he worked at five different locations.

“Joining Big Table Restaurants is an excellent opportunity to lend my experience to the company’s growing portfolio of restaurants,” says Sime. “I was drawn by Sean’s vision and reputation in the industry and look forward to helping our restaurants flourish.”

In his spare time, Sime can be found going to University of Georgia football games with his family, working out, watching movies or trying out new restaurants.
