Bertucci’s, known for its authentic, scratch-made Italian food, introduced new dishes on its main and lunch menus including starters, entrees, and brick oven pizzas. The new menus are available at all 57 Bertucci’s locations along the Eastern seaboard.

A new season brings fresh ingredients and the chance for Bertucci’s culinary team to enhance classic favorites and introduce new dishes. Bertucci’s Executive Chef Rosario Del Nero has created dishes with new tastes and textures, while staying true to the restaurant’s authentic Italian roots.

“At Bertucci’s we are always excited to share new dishes with our guests,” says Chef Del Nero.

“I recently traveled to Italy to experience the latest culinary trends and see how we can bring the same tastes back to our guests. For example, I tasted the delicious combination of sweet figs with pungent Gorgonzola cheese in Northern Italy. In my home city of Milan, risotto is always a favorite, while restaurants in Southern Italy are now including burrata in their dishes. We have incorporated fresh inspirations in our new dishes, and we hope our guests enjoy these new flavors.”
