Anthony previously served as Senior Vice President of Operations at bartaco, spearheading a number of initiatives aimed at providing both guests and employees an experience like no other. As President, Anthony will continue to build on bartaco’s momentum, fueling growth and focusing on the company’s goals of enhancing connections with local communities and providing meaningful jobs with true growth opportunities for team members.

Anthony Valletta is a highly accomplished industry executive with a wealth of knowledge and experience in strategic operations planning, building strong teams, navigating established business operations, driving revenue and profitability growth, and penetrating new markets. Prior to joining bartaco last fall, Anthony served in roles as the Chief Operating Officer at Mina Group and Birdcall, as well as the Director of Operations at Del Frisco’s Restaurant Group.
