Award-winning, James Beard nominated chef, John Tesar, is bringing his acclaimed Texas-based steakhouse, Knife, to Dana Point, California this summer.
Located within the picturesque Laguna Cliffs Marriott Resort & Spa, the west coast iteration of Knife will be called Knife Modern Steak, and will provide a robust menu of premium, dry-aged meats, seafood dishes, burgers, salads and more within a breathtaking space overlooking the Dana Point’s stunning coastline.
Knife Modern Steak will also offer an impressive wine list curated by its expert sommelier, Georgi Stoianov, and an innovative craft cocktail program for locals and visitors to enjoy. A reimagined steakhouse concept unlike any other in the region, the nationally acclaimed chef’s breakfast, lunch and dinner menus can be experienced in the restaurant’s welcoming dining room or on its expansive, string-lit outdoor patio year-round.
