Arc Cardinal and Churchill announced today an exclusive distribution agreement for North America regarding the Dudson brand. Dudson, a highly respected dinnerware manufacturer, filed for bankruptcy in early April 2019. Churchill, a leading manufacturer of high quality ceramic tableware, acquired the Dudson Brand and their two main patterns: Evo and Harvest.

This distribution agreement is immediate and ensures customers will be able to purchase the most popular Dudson patterns in addition to new innovations being launched into the market.

“We are very excited to partner with Churchill and continue the distribution of Dudson in North America” states Alexandre Bollengier, President of Arc Cardinal Foodservice in North America. “There has been a level of uncertainty in the marketplace since the filing and we are very pleased to move forward and continue to provide customers with the main Dudson patterns.”

“This will be a new Dudson, with improvements made to some of the existing collections and a robust new product development program that will be on trend and provide customers with many more interesting dinnerware options,” says Nichole Vanderhoof, VP of Foodservice Marketing.

Arc Cardinal will warehouse, market and distribute exclusively, the Dudson portfolio in North America. Richard Price, President of Churchill USA said: “Dudson is a global brand with a longstanding heritage within the hospitality industry. We are pleased to be able to continue to service the North American market with immediate effect through our partner Arc Cardinal. The financial stability of the Churchill business makes the future of the Dudson brand an exciting one. We look forward to delivering continual investment to the Dudson product portfolio and bringing new ideas as well as excellent service to the North American marketplace.”
