The JS-1000 Jet Steamer from Antunes recently received a 2019 Kitchen Innovations (KI) Award from the National Restaurant Association. Featuring customizable touchscreen controls for one-touch steaming, the Jet Steamer’s unique cooking method lets operators portion, prepare and serve a variety of foods in only seconds.
The Jet Steamer’s generator converts plain tap water into bursts of steam that are injected into the steaming cup—efficiently and precisely cooking eggs, oatmeal, soups, chili, vegetables, seafood and other menu items. The JS-1000 combines menu flexibility with easy operation, ideal for kitchens where rapid pace and convenience is key.

The Jet Steamer will be featured in both the Kitchen Innovations Pavilion and in the Antunes booth #4060.
