Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza & Wings will evoke fond summer memories with its Sweet Caroline BBQ Chicken Pizza and Wings, just in time for summer fun. Anthony's, owned by BurgerFi International, Inc., which also owns leading fast-casual brand BurgerFi, will be unveiling its limited-time menu items on July 11.
Prepared with utmost care and an unwavering dedication to quality, these mouthwatering sweet and spicy creations are reminiscent of family BBQs in the summer. The Sweet Caroline BBQ Chicken Pizza starts with tender, marinated chicken breast with Sweet Caroline BBQ sauce, and topped with a melty layer of shredded mozzarella, red onions, and crispy bacon. The Sweet Caroline BBQ Wings feature Anthony’s Coal Fired Jumbo Chicken wings tossed in a new Sweet Caroline BBQ sauce and served with its homemade focaccia.
“We are committed to offering seasonal menu items to drive new trial and repeat traffic,” says Ophir Sternberg, Executive Chairman of BurgerFi and Founder & CEO of Lionheart Capital. “We look forward to meeting or exceeding guest expectations with new menu items and extending that nostalgic summer experience past the restaurant.”
Anthony’s will also be celebrating summer by offering its new sweet and spicy Mike’s Hot Honey Margarita. The limited-time cocktail will be available at participating locations for guests 21 years and older.
“'We know summertime is a special time to make memories while gathering with your friends and family,” says Cindy Syracuse, Chief Marketing Officer at BurgerFi International Inc. “and everyone loves sharing ‘Instagram-worthy’ meals and moments. Anthony’s is celebrating a summer of nostalgia and will be launching a special ‘nostalgia’ filter to have fun with our guests.”
The Sweet Caroline BBQ Pizza and Wings will be available at all locations until September 4th while supplies last.
