Another Broken Egg Café in Dunwoody, owned and operated by Double R Restaurant Group, will be officially open for business April 8, at 4745 Ashford Dunwoody Rd., Atlanta, Ga. 30338, after hosting three charity fundraising events for its grand opening celebration. The public is invited to come dine at no charge during the three fundraising events, with donations being accepted for the featured non-profits, each with their special date. Donations can be made via cash, check or credit card to support each event.

Beginning March 27, patrons must call (678)786-9344, to make a reservation as seating will be limited for these three fundraising pre-opening events. Thursday April 4 will benefit The Spruill Center for the Arts; Friday April 5: The Dunwoody Nature Center; and Saturday, April 6: The Community Assistance Center. Guests can partake in ordering from the 130 different menu choices including six varieties of Eggs Benedict, 11 different omelets, an exceptional signature Bananas Foster over Belgian waffles, French toast or buttermilk pancakes, along with distinctive burgers and fresh salads.

“We are honored to be working with three remarkable non-profit organizations for our opening festivities,” announces chief operating officer Stuart Ottinger. “We feel it is important to reach out and introduce Another Broken Egg Café to the Dunwoody neighborhood through community related activities. Each of these non-profits does a stellar job carrying out their missions.”

This is the fourth location for Another Broke Egg Café in the Atlanta area. The award-winning breakfast, lunch and brunch restaurant was founded in 1994 by Ron Green, and is found in the Florida Panhandle, Louisiana and beyond with 27 locations. Another Broken Egg Café’s new Healthy Side menu includes granola, fruit & quinoa, gluten free Friendly Jumbo Pancakes, The Skinny Omelette, steel Cut Oats and Simply Salmon, all available at this Dunwoody location.   

Another Broken Egg Café serves from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. seven days a week, closing only on Thanksgiving and Christmas. Menu items range in price from $8 to $15 with all major credit cards accepted. Reservations can be made for parties of eight or more, and the restaurant offers an eight-seat bar, a 124-seat dining room, with two rooms that can be reserved for private parties. A sunny patio is enclosed and has sliding windows that will open in the spring and fall months, weather permitting.

The restaurant’s charming French country atmosphere sports a color scheme of warm reds and yellows infused with splashes of French blue making it a great place to linger and enjoy a tempting breakfast cocktail. A Mimosa, Bellini, house-infused Mary and Absolute Fuzzy Navel are among the choices priced at $5.99 each, and on Sundays from 12:30 p.m. to close, the restaurant features $3.99 Mimosas.
