The American Culinary Federation is hosting two regional culinary conferences: ChefConnect: Atlanta, from March 13-15, at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta and ChefConnect: Hawaii, from April 3-5, at the Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort & Spa in Waikoloa Village, Hawaii.
The ChefConnect conferences are part of ACF’s Signature Series, which provides educational and networking opportunities for culinary industry professionals and students. The conferences cover the latest culinary trends and techniques on topics such as ethnic cuisine, healthy cooking, pastry, and baking and regional cuisine. In 2015, more than 800 chefs, cooks, and foodservice professionals attended the ChefConnect events held in Baltimore and Indianapolis.
In addition, ACF’s annual national convention Cook. Craft. Create. Convention & Show will be held in Phoenix from July 15-19, at JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa. Over 1,100 culinary industry professionals and students attended the 2015 convention held in Orlando.
