American Blue Ribbons Holdings, LLC announced the appointment of Mark Spurgin as Senior Vice President of Supply Chain for its four restaurant concepts and award-winning bakery company.

“We’re excited about the addition of Mark Spurgin to our senior leadership team at American Blue Ribbon Holdings,” says ABRH Chief Executive Officer Craig Barber. “I am confident that Mark and his more than 20 years of supply chain leadership within the restaurant and foodservice industries will bring value and support achievement of our Blue Ribbon 20/20 business plan to create value within each business.”

In his new role, Spurgin will be responsible for all supply chain activities across all ABRH restaurant brands along with its bakery company. 

Spurgin joins ABRH from California-based The Cheesecake Factory where he served as VP Global Procurement, Logistics, and Compliance. Prior to that, he served in various senior supply chain positions with Tampa, Florida-based Bloomin’ Brands from 2009-2016. Spurgin has also held supply chain roles with Maui Land & Pineapple Company, TXU Energy/Energy Future Holdings Corporation and Frito-Lay North America.

A graduate of Texas A&M University, Spurgin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics with a minor in Agribusiness.

Based in Nashville, ABRH owns and operates four restaurant concepts including O’Charley’s Restaurant + Bar, Ninety Nine Restaurant and Pub, Village Inn and Bakers Square. Additionally, ABRH owns and operates Legendary Baking, an award-winning baker of gourmet pies and premium desserts sold to restaurants, independent bakers, retail/grocery customers and other food service customers
