Maple & Ash, Chicago’s award-winning modern steakhouse, announced a special, one-night-only collaboration dinner with Executive Chef Danny Grant and American food pioneer and advocate, Alice Waters. An Evening with Alice Waters and Danny Grant takes place on September 18 and celebrates the launch of her eagerly-awaited memoir, Coming to My Senses: The Making of a Counterculture Cook. Proceeds from the dinner’s ticket sales will go to the Edible Schoolyard Project and its work to promote a sustainable food curriculum and healthy school meals in Chicago and across the United States.

The evening begins at 5:30pm with a VIP meet-and-greet cocktail reception, followed by dinner at 6:30pm. Guests can purchase tickets to one of three experience tiers. All tickets include a signed copy of Coming to My Senses: The Making of a Counterculture Cook by Alice Waters.
