Trashy Dawg, an eclectic take on fast-casual dining is planned to launch in Huntsville on August 23. Trashy Dawg, a creation from EPIC Brands, touts an Epic Chicken and Booze Room, and will feature an iconic menu, a playful atmosphere, and an overall EPIC experience diners are sure to rave about. The restaurant will be located at Bridge Street Town Centre, 355 Bridge Street, Huntsville, AL 35806, across the street from Agave & Rye.
The brand will celebrate with a soft opening on August 22. The soft opening includes an invite-only reception from 11am-1pm, and a public sneak peek beginning at 4pm. Plus, the first 50 guests at the public sneak peek will receive a $50 gift card! In doing so, they will offer Huntsville eaters a quick, on-the-go service and over-the-top menu items. Guests can place an order at onsite, interactive kiosks and pick up their order at the counter. Conveniently located in beautiful The Bridge Street Town Centre, Trashy Dawg will feature the most cutting-edge order & pay technology, allowing guests to conveniently choose how they enjoy their experience - whether that be lounging in a bed on the mezzanine level, sitting at one of the coveted Beverly Hillbillies themed bar stools, or placing an order to-go at one of the self-order kiosks just inside the entrance.
Fondly nicknamed “trashy classy,” Trashy Dawg’s menu boasts an array of decadent, boozy milkshakes and slushies, craft cocktails served in “instagrammable” fashion, smash burgers, southern-fried chicken tenders, wings, and of course, a new spin on the classic hot dog. The menu is designed to be completely customizable, with such a variety of spice levels, shakes and rubs, sauces and selections, that will make a foodie’s heart skip a beat.
The Huntsville location is the first of many coming soon locations. Founder Yavonne Sarber plans to grow the brand fast. “We’ve been extremely excited about this concept and can’t wait to share the fun with you. Let’s get trashy,” shares Yavonne Sarber, Co-Founder and CEO of Trashy Dawg.
