Agave & Rye announced its appointment of Joshua Peyton to Corporate Director of Food and Beverage. The modern Tequila and Bourbon Hall’s menu sets Agave & Rye apart from the traditional restaurant, with fresh, made-from-scratch recipes and only the best ingredients available, offering inventive ways for guests to enjoy expertly crafted food. With more than fourteen years of management experience in the food service industry, Peyton will begin his new post immediately, and is an epic fit for the Agave & Rye team, brand and culture, overall.

Before joining Agave & Rye, Peyton served as the Director of Operations for the Boca Restaurant Group in Cincinnati from 2016 to 2022. While at the critically-acclaimed restaurant, Peyton oversaw seven brick and mortar locations and one virtual Boca location. Based in the Cincinnati area, Peyton was also the Director of Food and Beverage for the Columbia Suffix Renaissance Hotel, Wine Manager of The Capital Grill, and General Manager of Jeff Ruby Culinary Entertainment.
