AC Hotel Washington DC Capitol Hill Navy Yard announced the appointment of new Executive Chef Angela Rose. Chef Rose will lead Smoke & Mirrors, the luxurious rooftop bar boasting city views, the AC Lounge, the first-floor bar serving craft cocktails and Spanish-inspired tapas, and the AC Kitchen, where guests can enjoy European-inspired breakfast.

Chef Rose brings extensive culinary expertise and years of service at highly-rated luxury hotels, including Seattle’s Fairmont Olympic Hotel, Thompson Hotel, and Grand Hyatt. With nearly a decade of experience in the food industry and a culinary degree from the prestigious Seattle Culinary Academy, she is well-equipped to oversee the two kitchens. Most recently, she held the Executive Sous Chef position at the Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore.
