Award-winning 4 Rivers Smokehouse will open its newest location this winter at ONE DAYTONA, a 300,000 square-foot retail, dining and entertainment destination located directly across from Daytona International Speedway.
Recently named one of the “South’s Best BBQ Joints” by Southern Living, 4 Rivers Smokehouse will bring some of Florida’s favorite food to the “World’s Most Famous Beach” serving its signature classics like 18-hour smoked Signature Angus Brisket, Pulled Pork and Burnt Ends. Guests will also enjoy popular Homestyle Sides such as Baked Cheese Grits, Smokehouse Corn and Smoked Jalapeños as well as a rotating selection of monthly specials. Additionally, the Smokehouse will offer a variety of decadent desserts, including Bananas Foster Bread Pudding, Bayou Bar, Quintessential Chocolate Cake and more.
“As we approach the 10th anniversary of opening the very first 4 Rivers Smokehouse in Winter Park, the entire 4R family is excited to expand our Barbecue Ministry to the world class entertainment complex at ONE DAYTONA,” says John Rivers, 4R Restaurant Group founder/CEO. “Never have there been more 4 Rivers fans rallying for their own Smokehouse than in the greater Daytona Beach area. The 4 Rivers Smokehouse at ONE DAYTONA will create approximately 50 new local jobs. The 6,500 square-foot restaurant will offer seating for 280 guests, full-service catering/delivery and a bar that serves beer and wine upon completion.

ONE DAYTONA visitors will have the opportunity to experience a limited selection of signature 4 Rivers dishes prior to the Smokehouse opening, at the 4R Food Truck that will be serving food at the following events:
- Funtoberfest on Oct. 12
- Biketoberfest on Oct. 17-20
- Cruisin’ ONE DAYTONA Monthly Car Show on November 2
