110 Grill continues its rapid expansion throughout the Northeast, announcing the opening of its 29th location in Millbury, Massachusetts, on Thursday, October 24. Located at The Shoppes at Blackstone Valley at 70 Worcester-Providence Turnpike, the 5,200 square-foot, 150-seat restaurant marks the group’s fifth location to debut in Worcester County, and will feature 110 Grill’s signature modern-American fare with an array of comforting classics and unparalleled gluten-free and dietary restricted menus.

“We are thrilled to expand our foothold to the historic town of Millbury, and introduce our modern-American concept as the newest addition to the area’s dining scene,” says Ryan Dion, COO of 110 Grill. “As the gateway to the Blackstone River Valley, just a short drive away from the cities of Worcester and Providence, RI, we look forward to serving the great patrons of the Millbury community and its visitors in years to come.”

At the helm of the restaurant’s cuisine, Director of Culinary, Elliot Williams, brings his global culinary influence to deliver seasonally-inspired dishes that are proficient in allergy awareness, offering a gluten-free version of the entire core lunch and dinner menu. Guests can enjoy starters and soups such as the Chorizo Totchos, fried tater tots topped with chorizo sausage, nacho cheese sauce, fresh pico de gallo, avocado, sour cream and scallions; 110 Cajun Yellowfin Tuna prepared with chilled sushi-grade yellowfin tuna, served rare with asian slaw, sweet teriyaki and a sriracha aioli drizzle; Firecracker Shrimp, lightly fried shrimp, tossed in a sweet chili sauce; and French Onion Soup, a rich beef broth onion soup with a hint of brandy and fresh herbs, finished with croutons, a melted swiss and parmesan blend.

Williams’ entrees and larger plates include the Short Rib Risotto, slow roasted short ribs, served over an asparagus and parmesan risotto, finished with a red wine au jus and topped with fried leeks; Chicken Piccata Gnocchi with lightly fried chicken, sautéed gnocchi and spinach, tossed in a lemon caper parmesan butter sauce with fried sage; and Cuban Swordfish, blackened swordfish served over a black bean, corn and rice salad, black bean puree and arugula, tossed in citrus oil and finished with lime sour cream and grilled citrus; in addition to a selection of impressive steak cuts, sandwiches and flatbreads. 110 Grill Millbury will also serve a variety of vegetarian options, including the Pasta Primavera complete with broccoli, mushrooms, green and red peppers, tossed with cavatappi pasta in a tomato cream sauce, topped with shaved parmesan; Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich with red pepper hummus, red onion, feta, roasted red peppers, sliced olives, shaved cucumber and arugula, wrapped in a warmed naan and the Beyond Burger, 100% plant based burger served on a brioche bun with garlic aioli, topped with a choice of cheese, lettuce, tomato and red onion, accompanied by a pickle and the choice of one side (all dishes available vegan upon request).

From the restaurant’s signature horseshoe bar, 110 Grill Millbury will offer a diverse wine list, beers from both local and national brands, as well as a selection of seasonal cocktails, including the Cranberry Manhattan with Redemption Rye, Sweet Vermouth, cranberry simple syrup, and bitters; 110 Sunset with Tres Agaves blanco tequila, Solerno blood orange, orange juice, and grenadine; and Blackberry Mojtini with Gin Lane 1751 London Dry, blackberry simple syrup, mint simple syrup, and lime.
