110 Grill and Evviva Trattoria Opening New Locations on June 16

Westford based restaurant brands, 110 Grill and Evviva Trattoria, will continue their expansion with the openings of their newest locations in Malden, Massachusetts on Wednesday, June 16. These openings will mark the 35th location for 110 Grill and the 5th for Evviva Trattoria. Both restaurants will be located at 200 Exchange Street, on the ground floor of Exchange 200.

110 Grill, New England’s fastest growing restaurant group, will bring its signature modern American cuisine that guests know and love to Malden Center. 110 Grill features a contemporary yet inviting atmosphere, with a spacious dining room with view of the open kitchen, a large horseshoe-shaped bar, private dining room and an outdoor patio with two fire pits. Serving up classic dishes, as well as an unparalleled gluten free menu, 110 Grill has something for everyone.

Ryan Dion, Chief Operating Officer for 110 Grill, says, “the menu in Malden will be similar to other locations and will feature our twist on modern American cuisine.” He adds, “100% of our core menu is either naturally gluten free or can be modified to be and we have a very strong commitment to allergy awareness, including a recent award from AllergyEats as the 2nd most allergy-friendly restaurant brand in the United States.”

With an array of comforting classics and seasonally inspired dishes, guests can enjoy a variety of options including Chimichurri Steak, Cucumber and Avocado Tuna, Pulled Pork Mac and Cheese, and appetizers like Crab Rangoon Dip, Firecracker Shrimp, Chorizo Totchos and BBQ Chicken Nachos.

Evviva Trattoria, with locations in Westford, Marlborough, Wrentham and Maynard, features Italian inspired locally made cuisine served in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. The new location features an open kitchen and bar, a spacious dining room with booths and high-top tables, a private dining room and an outdoor patio with a fire pit. Evviva is known to take beloved Italian classics and add their own personal touches, utilizing the freshest ingredients.

Guests can start off with Fried Ravioli, Sausage Arancini filled with local Bianco & Sons sausage, or an Evviva Antipasti with a selection of Italian cured meats and artisan cheeses. For their main meal they can enjoy classics such as Parmigiana with housemade Evviva marinara, Marsala with Fat Moon Farm Mushrooms, Piccata and Lasagna, or they can choose from twelve signature or build your own pizzas with a Neopolitan (traditional styled crust) or Evviva’s signature Montanara (fried crust).
