Colorado

Indoor table service closed at 15 of 64 counties (as of November 20). Outdoor dining still offered.

Washington

All indoor table service closed beginning November 18. Outdoor dining is still offered

Oregon

All on-premises restaurant dining, indoor and out, closed starting November 18.

Michigan

Indoor table service closed starting November 18. Outdoor dining is still offered.

New Mexico

All on-premises restaurant dining, indoor and out, closed starting November 16.

Illinois 

Indoor table service closed starting November 20. Outdoor dining is still offered.

California 

Indoor table service closed in a majority of the state starting November 17. Outdoor dining is still offered.

LA: Outdoor dining at restaurants across Los Angeles County will shut down on Wednesday, November 25. Restaurants can only offer takeout meals or delivery. No on-site dining of any kind, indoors or out, for at least three weeks.

Missouri

Indoor table service closed in St. Louis starting November 17. Outdoor dining is still offered.

Pennsylvania 

Indoor table service closed in Philadelphia starting November 20. Outdoor dining is still offered.

New York

Indoor table service closed in certain zones in the state starting November 20. Outdoor dining is still offered.

Tennessee

Memphis: Reduced dining-room capacity to 50 percent.

Kentucky

In-restaurant dining closed. Outdoor dining allowed, with seated patrons and groups no larger than eight from no more than two households.
