Ashley Stanley, founder of food rescue Lovin’ Spoonfuls in Boston has been invited to speak at the annual Thought for Food (TFF) international summit held in Berlin, Germany from September 20th-22nd, 2013.

The 3rd annual Thought for Food Summit is an international initiative linking industry leaders, food startups and researchers from around the world in effort to inspire and answer critical questions about the world’s food problems– in particular: how to feed a world population of 9 billion by the year 2050.

The Thought for Food Summit participants, including Stanley, will collaborate on how to build a more balanced, food-secure world while inspiring others to be the leverage for change. On Saturday, September 21st, 2013 Stanley will give a TED-style speech about the impact that Lovin’ Spoonfuls has had on New England and how to implement a similar model.

“I am honored to be a part of this experience and to meet so many other industry leaders working toward the same goal that we are,” says Ashley Stanley.
