The Frog and the Peach, one of New Jersey Monthly’s Top 25 in 2013, and long considered one of New Jersey’s most popular and innovative restaurants, is inviting the public to join its 30th anniversary celebration as a benefit that will support The Wounded Warrior Project.

On Friday, September 20th, from 6 – 10 p.m., the New Brunswick restaurant (located at 29 Dennis Street at Hiram Square) will provide patrons with live entertainment and samplings from their summer food and drink menus.

“We would like our friends both old and new to enjoy the restaurant in an open and festive atmosphere,” says Bruce Lefebvre, the restaurant’s owner and executive chef.  “In addition, they will be supporting a very worthwhile cause.”  The restaurant’s kitchen will be “open” for the night and guests can pass through as the chefs prepare Grilled Local Sea Scallops with Sea Urchin Orzo, Iberico Pork Skirt Steak a la plancha, and Classic Jersey Peach Melba.
