Landmark Hospitality announced the selection of Nicholas Paller as executive chef of Hotel Du Village, the premier wedding venue based in New Hope, Pennsylvania. Opened in October, 2015, Hotel Du Village has attracted attention for its magnificent menu, décor and grounds, becoming one of the most sought-after wedding venues in the Philadelphia region. Chef Paller brings more than 15 years’ experience to Hotel Du Village, and has a cumulative 8 years previously working with Landmark Hospitality.

“We are thrilled that Nick is now of executive chef of Hotel Du Village,” says Jeanne Cretella, president of Landmark Hospitality. “He has built a reputation for his ability to create wonderful continental cuisine with a French twist and his culinary skills are certain to enhance the experience of every occasion at Hotel Du Village." 

Chef Paller previously worked as a chef with Marriott Hotels International and at a highly rated restaurant in North Bergen, New Jersey, prior to serving as the banquet chef at Landmark Hospitality’s Liberty House, and as the executive chef of Landmark Hospitality’s Celebrate at Snug Harbor. Paller also served as the executive chef for BMW of North America, based in Woodcliff, New Jersey, and most recently as executive sous chef at Hotel Du Village.

Chef Paller credits his passion for cooking to the time he spent with his grandmother, who taught him to make Italian sauces in her kitchen. He currently resides in Harrington Park, New Jersey, and is a member of the American Culinary Federation.
