Chef Anthony Dicillo has been named chef de cuisine at Hollywood Prime, The Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa’s AAA Four-Diamond rated steakhouse in Hollywood, Florida. In this position, Dicillo will be first in command in managing all executive operations and employees in the kitchen of the award-winning restaurant.

Prior to applying his culinary management knowledge at The Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa, Dicillo began his Starwood career at The Westin Peachtree Plaza at the Sundial restaurant. A graduate of the Art Institute of Atlanta, Dicillo also worked with some of Atlanta’s finest chefs at the Cassis restaurant located at The Grand Hyatt in Buckhead, Georgia.

“We are thrilled to announce chef Anthony Dicillo as the chef de cuisine at Hollywood Prime,” says Ed Walls, general manager of the resort. “He has already proven to be an invaluable asset to the restaurant, and will continue to treat our diners the topnotch cuisine they have known to expect from Hollywood Prime as we expand service to seven days a week.”

In addition to helping the award-winning restaurant add Sunday and Monday service to its operations, Dicillo will also be adding new menu items and specials. Every Sunday, diners can choose from a specially crafted prime rib and creamy horseradish sauce entrée, as well as mouthwatering daily specials such as escargot, 28 ounce dry age prime bone in rib eye, or a chilled seafood trio. The restaurant has also introduced three new wet-aged, prime cuts from Brandt Beef including a 48 oz. and 28-ounce porterhouse steak, and a 12-ounce bone-in filet that guests can enjoy all week long.
