As the NFL releases its schedule for the 2016-2017 season, Michelin-starred chef Michael Mina and his team at Bourbon Pub & Bourbon Steak are gearing up to kick off the third season of Michael Mina’s Tailgate at the 49ers Levi’s Stadium. Each home game magically transforms the celebrity chef’s home turf into a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity tailor-made for 49ers season ticket holders, with a star-studded lineup of guest chefs from around the country (think Scott Conant of Chopped, José Andrés who was named as one of Time’s “100” Most Influential People, awarded “Outstanding Chef” by the James Beard Foundation and Travel Channel’s “Bizarre Foods” Andrew Zimmern to name a few.)

Combining the best of tailgating and fine dining, this ultimate experience offers a game-themed menu and signature cocktail pairings that are tailored to suit every game along with the regional cuisine of each guest chef. At least one menu item will be themed toward the opposing team, with products sourced directly from that region.

Named one of the country’s top celebrity stadium chefs by American Way’s Celebrated Living Magazine, Mina has joined thousands of 49ers fans for Sunday pre-game tailgates as a proud season ticket holder for nearly three decades. His tailgates have evolved to include elaborate spreads and surprises on the blacktop, including flowing cheese fondue fountains and a decadent Bloody Mary bar. Now, at Michael Mina’s Tailgate at the 49ers Levi’s Stadium, members can view pregame and game-time action on the 70 high-definition TVs throughout Bourbon Steak and Bourbon Pub while watching decadent dishes prepared in the open kitchen and on the two-story rotisserie.

At kickoff time, Michael Mina’s Tailgate members depart with Treats for Your Seats, featuring gourmet treats and snacks to munch on during the game. Post-game, they will be granted preferred reservations for dinner at Bourbon Pub & Bourbon Steak. In addition, a personalized concierge provides preferred reservations for all MINA Group restaurants. Michael Mina’s Tailgate Experience is in two words—complete indulgence.
