Noble House Hotels and Resorts announced the appointment of Michael Bloise as Executive Chef to Pelican Grand Beach Resort in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

In this role, Bloise will oversee all culinary operations for Pelican Grand and its signature waterfront restaurant, OCEAN2000 Restaurant & Lounge.

Chef Michael Bloise carries more than 17 years of professional cooking and kitchen management experience to Pelican Grand Beach Resort, working as a private chef and in some of South Florida's top kitchens, including Area 31, Tantra, WISH Restaurant, and 1220 at The Tides Hotel.

Receiving an early education in food from his Italian father and Vietnamese mother, Chef Bloise learned to refine his flavor combinations, letting each ingredient on the plate stand out. Today, he serves playful and sophisticated dishes that draw from a wide breadth of taste tempting cuisines.
