Atlanta-based Tin Lizzy’s Cantina continues to build its brand success with the launch of a Managing Partner Program this month—an invitation-only program designed for elite restaurant general managers who have completed extensive training and consistently delivered exceptional financial and operational results.

“Through this retention and success-based initiative, we are richly rewarding our operators with greater pay and operational autonomy,” says Chris Hadermann, Southern Property Hospitality Group co-founder and partner.

Talented operators who are invited into this program have consistently maintained facilities at the highest standards, achieved and maintained excellent operations, achieved and exceeded budgetary expectations and contributed to the promotion of other employees into management roles. The program yields them with a lucrative profit share program, greater ownership and future opportunities as senior leaders of the Tin Lizzy’s brand.

Hadermann is pleased to announce the first two managing partners in the program—Leti Newell and Nathan Miller. Newell, managing partner at Tin Lizzy’s Perimeter, has been with the company for seven years. She is focused on becoming the most successful location in the brand by continuing to grow and develop her team and the business. Miller, managing partner at Tin Lizzy’s Kennesaw, has served as general manager of the restaurant for more than two and a half years and aims to use his entrepreneurial spirit to raise the level of excellence in food, service and overall experience.

“Tin Lizzy’s has a reputation for being a strong neighborhood partner, and this program allows our operators to be even greater contributors to their local communities,” says Hadermann. “Our restaurateurs are the author of their business plans. They are talent scouts and support and drive local marketing outreach.”
