"Texas Spice was built with a lower impact and is operating in an energy and water-efficient manner," says Michael Oshman, GRA Founder and CEO.

"We applaud Texas Spice for the true accomplishments they have achieved in opening a successful business with a more positive environmental impact."

"We're honored to receive this recognition from the Green Restaurant Association," says Jason Weaver, executive chef at Texas Spice.

"While we strive to maintain this certification, we'll also continue to provide a high quality farm-to-market dining experience for our guests and patrons."
