JINYA Ramen Bar is committed to kaizen – the Japanese practice of continuous improvement – which is why the acclaimed ramen restaurant is elevating its menu with two new authentic dishes.

Fans of the premier Japanese restaurant can explore bold flavors from across the Pacific Ocean through these all-new bowls on its limited-time Chef’s Specials menu:

  • The Tokyo Spice – Spicy chicken broth Chintan (clear broth) style, pork chashu, pork soboro, onsen tamago, cilantro, green onion, white onion, sesame seeds and chili flakes, served with thin noodles.
  • Karaage Bowl – Crispy chicken and baby greens over steamed rice with daikon radish and onion dressing, served with drizzled mayonnaise and sprinkled sesame seeds on top of the steamed rice.

“At JINYA, we strive to provide our guests with the ultimate ramen experience,” says JINYA Ramen Bar Founder and CEO Tomo Takahashi. “By constantly innovating our menu, guests can continuously try something new, which keeps our loyal fans coming back. The Tokyo Spice Chef’s Special is particularly unique because it’s inspired by our new partnership with the upcoming Max Original series, Tokyo Vice, which will premiere April 7 only on HBO Max. We look forward to serving our uniquely crafted and bold new dishes this spring.”
