Hopdoddy Burger Bar, known for its wide variety of high-quality burgers, scratch made buns, local craft beer selection and hand cut Kennebec fries, will open its first location in Fort Worth on August 21, in the trendy Left Bank mixed use development on West 7th Street.

The new location will have the same popular menu featuring burgers made with a variety of freshly ground proteins like American grass-fed Kobe beef, sushi-grade tuna, turkey and bison. Menu highlights include the Ahi Tuna made with a sushi-grade tuna patty topped with sprouts, nori chips, teriyaki sauce, honey wasabi, mayo and pickled ginger and the Primetime featuring an American grass-fed Kobe beef patty topped with melty brie cheese, arugula, caramelized onions, truffle aioli and steak sauce.

Additionally, Hopdoddy is honored to provide continued support to Make-A-Wish North Texas through its Goodnight for a Good Cause program which donates $1 of each Goodnight Burger to the organization. Make-A-Wish North Texas grants the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy. Since partnering with Make-A-Wish in fall 2016, Hopdoddy has helped fulfill four wishes for North Texas children, and looks forward to helping make more dreams come true with the support of the Fort Worth community.
