Fox Bros. Bar-B-Q at The Works will debut weekend brunch service, beginning this Saturday, March 16. Available every Saturday and Sunday from 9 AM – 3 PM, co-owners and pitmasters, Jonathan and Justin Fox, collaborated with their Westside team to create a selection of brand-new dishes, putting a creative, Texas-inspired spin on craveable brunch staples.

Since opening in 2021, the expansive 9,300-square-foot location at 204 Chattahoochee Row NW has provided the surrounding neighborhoods and developments with an authentic extension of the beloved Fox Bros. barbecue brand. “We’ve always wanted to incorporate brunch into the mix and have been incredibly thankful for the enthusiasm and support of our breakfast pop-ups over the past two years at this location,” says co-owner Jonathan Fox. “With patio season in full swing, we thought this was a great time to debut our brunch service, and we can’t wait for guests to dig into this new menu.”

Situated across from The Work’s one-acre canopy park, The Camp, the Westside location is an ideal location for hungry barbecue fans to begin their day. The brunch menu features items like the Texas Brisket Benny with sliced brisket and poached eggs, served on a house made English muffin topped with Texas Pete hollandaise; Chilaquiles tossed in a red chile sauce and sliced onion and topped with queso fresco, crema, a fried egg and cilantro; Sweet and Spicy French Toast featuring a fried chicken thigh slathered in a jalapeno infused maple syrup served on thick cut French toast with pepper jelly and powdered sugar; Breakfast Tacos filled with sliced smoked pork belly, scrambled eggs, refried beans, American cheese on house made beef fat flour tortillas and Chicken Fried Pork Chop Biscuit and Gravy with a house made biscuit topped with a chicken fried pork loin smothered in cream gravy and topped with fried eggs. The bar will also be offering creative takes on Mimosas and a Texas-sized spicy Bloody Maria as well as new signature eye-openers like the Oat Milk & Honey featuring bourbon, crème de cacao, cold-brew coffee, oat milk, and honey. The full daily food menu will also be available beginning at 11 AM.
