Flying Biscuit Café announced the opening of its newest location in Cary, North Carolina. The Cary restaurant represents the 30th location for the Southeast’s leading all-day breakfast restaurant chain as it celebrates 30 years in business this fall. Marking the second location for franchise owner Zinnia Tahir, who opened the wildly popular Flying Biscuit Café in Chapel Hill, NC in 2022, Cary’s new Flying Biscuit Café signifies continued demand and growth in the greater Raleigh-Durham market.
Flying Biscuit opened its first location in Candler Park, Atlanta in 1993 and has expanded to 30 franchise locations across the Southeast with several more in the pipeline for openings in late 2023 and throughout 2024. Bringing the best of southern comfort food and 20,000 freshly made biscuits to customers every week, each location delivers southern-inspired food made with fresh ingredients. The chain also delivers a variety of healthy options to accommodate vegan, gluten-free and other dietary preferences of today’s customers.
