While Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is popular for its flame grilled steaks and seafood, its new seasonal cocktail menu is packing some heat of its own, featuring charred jalapeño, smoked honey syrup, seared fresh orange, and grilled, juiced pineapple. With warmer, sunnier days on the horizon, Firebirds’ award-winning FIREBAR is also offering new Bar Bites, a variety of shareable plates that serve 2-3, to enjoy at the bar and on the Patio now through the end of summer.
Known for its scratch kitchen, inviting atmosphere and bold flavors, Firebirds offers an impressive selection of artisan cocktails, craft beer, bourbon, after-dinner drinks, Firebirds’ private label wine, handcrafted mocktails and more. Popular specialties include Wine Down Mondays, and happy hour in the FIREBAR and on the Patio every Monday through Friday from 4PM – 7PM (time varies by location).
