Starting this April, Chef Lon Symensma is bringing something different to his Central Park ChoLon location with a Dim Sum Lunch, inspired by the traditional practice he learned while living abroad in China. Denverites are invited to enjoy a variety of authentic Chinese Dim Sum dishes every Saturday and Sunday.

“Dim Sum is such an enjoyable way to try new dishes while sharing with friends and family. Dim Sum means literally ‘touch the heart.’ True to its namesake, I fell in love with the tradition during my time working and living in China and I’m so excited to give our guests a taste of my travels” says Chef Symensma.

Like traditional Dim Sum, ChoLon’s menu will include a wide range of small brunch dishes in addition to their large shareable plates. Expect classic brunch drinks, with a twist, like a Passion Fruit Bellini, Vietnamese Coffee Martini and Sriracha Bloody Mary.

Their Dim Sum Lunch menu includes plates like Korean BBQ Chicken Sliders, Cantonese Chicken Dumplings, Crunchy Vegetable Spring Rolls, Baby Carrot Dumplings, Crab & Cheese Rangoon Purses, and French Onion Soup Dumplings.

Larger plates from the wok feature Spring Vegetable Fried Rice (Asparagus, rhubarb, mushroom, poached egg, add pork belly/beef/chicken/shrimp/tofu) and Stir-Fried Malaysian Noodles (shrimp, egg, bean sprouts).

ChoLon’s Dim Sum Lunch will book early, reservations are recommended.
